HVAC Technician

Overview

As an HVAC Technician you will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment throughout the Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland facility. You will diagnose and resolve component and wiring issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and optimize system efficiency to create a safe, comfortable environment for everyone.

• Maintain and repair heating systems.
• Install and maintain ventilators and air conditioners.
• Identify defects in components and wiring, and find solutions.
• Test electrical circuits for continuity.
• Ensure system compliance with plans and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Inspect electrical systems used for heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Reassemble required equipment to follow repairs.
• Comply with appliance standards.
• Locate local malfunctions.

• Minimum five (5) years of technical and trade experience.
• Master HVACR License highly desired.
• Current Journeyman HVAC License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

• Lifting (Overhead, arm’s length, up to 25 lbs.; assisted lifting may exceed 200 lbs.).
