* Qualifications:

* - Minimum of 3 years of electrician experience; HVAC experience is an advantage
- Strong preference for candidates with an Electrician's License
- Proficient in reading jobsite drawings (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Experience installing and terminating low voltage cable
- Ability to bend and install conduit, including EMT, Ridgid, and PVC
- Skilled in installing panels to walls and HVAC equipment
- Proficient with installing field devices like sensors, thermostats, and damper actuators
- Able to install DDC controllers in panels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Effective customer service skills and the ability to build good rapport with clients
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%), including occasional overnight stays, when required
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or weekends, according to project needs
