Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Perform a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, repairs, service calls, troubleshooting, and repiping.

* Operate heavy equipment, perform dig-ups, and handle pipe fitting for water, gas, and drainage systems.

* Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members.

* Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision.

* Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

* Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Maryland required)

* Strong background in service and installation work

* Foreman or crew leader experience - able to take charge

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow into a management role
