Full Time position in Hanover, MD. 2nd or 3rd shift available based on operational needs. First‑year earning potential $55,000 – $65,000.
Job DescriptionDiesel Mechanic under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing diesel‑powered vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Class A:
Master Mechanic with 5 years’ experience on trucks, buses, or heavy equipment - Class B:
Mid‑Level with 3 years’ experience on trucks, buses, or heavy equipment
- Formal technical training degree, certificate, or diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, crawl, walk, and sit regularly with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Certification in diesel mechanics
- CDL preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
