Termite Pro (Termite Control Technician)

Starting pay: $18–$22 per hour.

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl‑space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.

• Hourly pay of $18.00–$22.00.

• No experience required – company will train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
• This position is open to all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc, including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
