. We’re proud of our legacy, and we’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our mining team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll operate key equipment like front-end loaders, dozers, haul trucks, and excavators to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Safely operate heavy equipment in a mining or production environment
• Perform basic inspections and maintenance to keep equipment running
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Support your team by jumping in where needed and solving problems on the fly
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors
• Keep safety front and center—every task, every time

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (front-end loader, dozer, haul truck, etc.)
• Experience in a mining or construction environment is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends when required
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
