Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and certification.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical installations, service, and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial projects
- Support the Electrical Manager by taking the lead on assigned projects and ensuring quality and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety practices
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and team members
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Electrician
- Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
