Operates commercial sprayers or floaters to apply crop inputs to producer fields, maintains single or tandem axle trucks and related equipment, and performs all job functions accurately and timely to increase customer satisfaction and uphold the organization’s reputation and profitability.

• Applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and pesticide labels.
• Records application data in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Sets up material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment for blending and delivery of products.
• Blends products according to recommended rates and procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and safely operates sprayers, floaters, single or tandem axle trucks, and other equipment to meet company and DOT standards.
• Performs and records daily safety checks of assigned vehicles and associated equipment through pre‑trip inspections (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes).
• Loads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials and products safely on/off trucks, trailers, or railcars.
• Ensures products are evenly balanced and distributed on trucks/trailers and that proper axle weights are met.
• Manages inventory control, turns in application records daily, and ensures all product is accounted for with invoices or delivery tickets.

• Maintains, repairs, rebuilds, and/or services location equipment, vehicles, and structures as needed.
• Collects and records soil sample information using proper procedures.
• Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
• Must hold or obtain and maintain a CDL license with required endorsements, a satisfactory driving record, and a valid medical card.
• Must hold or be able to obtain all required pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses or certifications in the states where crop production inputs are applied, and keep them renewed.
• Ability to work extended hours and on‑call as business conditions warrant.

• May be required to work at varying heights.
• Lift 51–70 lbs.
