This role requires hands‑on expertise in resinous flooring, particularly MMA (Methyl Methacrylate), along with strong leadership and mechanical aptitude. • Supervise all aspects of jobsite operations from preli>
• Install and oversee installation of MMA and other resinous flooring systems.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed.
• Manage project timelines, subcontractors, and in‑house crews across multiple job sites.
• Serve as the primary liaison and brand ambassador for clients and stakeholders onsite.
• Enforce safety, quality, and procedural standards on all projects.
• Ensure timely reporting, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Motivate and lead installation teams by example and through clear communication.
• Travel frequently to project sites throughout the United States.

• 10+ years of construction or resin flooring supervision experience.
• Hands‑on experience with MMA and other resinous floor installations is essential.
• Mechanically inclined with general electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and CDL.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Competitive hourly pay: $110,000 - $150,000 per year + performance bonus.
