Exciting opportunity to work at Ocean Downs Casino only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and boardwalk of Ocean City, MD. This full‑time, year‑round position offers a great compensation package including medical, paid sick and vacation time, personal time, holiday pay and 401(k) options. This role is for the Overnight Shift, 10 pm‑6 am.

• Maintain a constant vigilance to ensure the safety of guests, employees and property.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
• Enforce and adhere to State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls and company Policies & Procedures.
• Enforce security procedures at all assigned posts.
• Assist in the transfer of monies from one area to another.
• Patrol grounds in security vehicle as assigned.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Promote honesty and trust among the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and must meet the requirements of the company Motor Vehicle Policy.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, coworkers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all gaming establishment employees.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty, repeatedly.
• Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
