Location: Friendly
- Support the team in researching and identifying potential leads and target markets.
- Assist in using various tools and platforms to build and manage a database of leads.
- Help develop and run simple outreach activities via email, phone, or social media.
- Initiate basic contact with potential clients through cold calling or emailing under supervision.
- Assist in qualifying leads based on set criteria to ensure they fit the company’s target market.
- Help arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and Business Development Team.
- Learn to understand client needs and challenges through active listening and asking the right questions.
- Support in preparing initial lead assessments and recording client information.
- Assist in preparing basic sales presentations and supporting materials.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior internship or organisational experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, able to handle rejection, and willing to keep trying.
- Available to commit for the agreed internship period
