FCX Performance, Baltimore, MD - Right now, we’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative. As an outside sales representative, you’ll spend your time interacting with customers to determine their valve and pump needs; you will be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and technical expert in the application of our products.

• Establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers using multiple techniques including regular sales calls, cold-calling, industry networking, customer recommendations, and other methods to drive aggressive closure of all available opportunities.
• Present technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategies.

• Proven outside sales within industrial-hygienic, pharma, or life sciences arenas.
• Strong technical/industry knowledge.
• Previous experience with Prophet
  21 (P21) highly desired.
• Valves-pumps-flow control knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales.
• Computer proficiency including MS office, SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus.

Typical estimated total compensation: $100,000-$140,000 first year. This includes base salary ($65,000-$80,000) depending on experience and uncapped commission opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
