Account Manager, DMV Area
Power Pak is growing and we have an additional sales position to fill in the DMV Area.
First year on target total compensation is $120,000 with no cap ($70,000 base). Compensation reflects experience and sales success, and includes target commission, base pay, and signing bonus.
Location: Raw office in Hanover, MD. Must work in office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Sell commodities to established brands in a highly competitive market.
- Develop and grow new and existing accounts with a consultative, value‑selling approach.
- Conduct cold‑calling, reach decision makers, and handle objections.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and accounts in the company CRM.
- Track and meet key performance indicators, including pipeline, quota, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales success selling commodities or similar products.
- Experience selling industrial or construction supplies to construction companies is helpful.
- Familiarity with Net Suite ERP is helpful but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter, organized, goal‑oriented, comfortable with new technology.
- Experience in an inside‑sales role with a focus on growing existing accounts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
