This is a full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Timonium, NJ (Fairgrounds Plaza) financial center at 67 West Aylesbury Road. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through participation in Fulton Bank’s Distributed Work model, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing. Use digital tools to proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, with the goal of identifying sales opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers and to ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• Additional responsibility:
  May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty not applicable at this level. (Required)

Experience

• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pro‑active and result oriented (Preferred)
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs‑based conversations (Preferred)

Hourly rate: $19.90 – $31.44.
