Tele Sales Executive

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is to build rapport over the phone, identify client needs, and schedule appointments for our senior property consultants.

We are looking for a persuasive communicator having real-estate knowledge. You will need to thrive in this fast-paced, target-driven role.

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from internal databases and campaigns.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant luxury property options.
• Set up meetings and viewings for senior property consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and interest.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.

• 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasive phone skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Dubai’s property market and real estate terminology.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
