We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate in the EdTech sector. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our growth by identifying new educational partnerships, driving sales, and promoting our innovative learning solutions. You will engage with educational institutions, corporate training teams, and individual learners through various channels, including calls, webinars, and industry events.
Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and corporate training departments.
- Proactively generate leads through outreach efforts such as calls, webinars, seminars, and EdTech industry events.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the education technology space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, corporate clients, and training professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that align with the needs of educational clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in education technology, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our EdTech products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Qualification:
BE/BTech and MBA/BBA. - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying market trends and client needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of EdTech industry trends and developments.
