Job Description

We are seeking motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as Automotive Sales Representatives. Your role is pivotal in the customer journey to finding their next vehicle.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Build enriching relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and drive the sales process.
  • Establish trust with customers and build a strong network of clientele and prospects.
  • Set a clear vision and goal for your sales performance.
  • Play an active role in day‑to‑day operations to drive business growth.
  • Maintain awareness of available vehicle options.
  • Conduct test drives with customers.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
  • Proficient with computers and technology (Outlook, Word, Social Media).
  • Honest, driven and results‑oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment background checks and a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Prior experience in a customer‑facing role (required).
Experience

Prior customer‑facing experience is required; prior sales experience is preferred. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.
