** Primary responsibilities include:*

** delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

** store visits following Mondelēz'Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative (DMI)

** strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

** Order product:
** via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

** Implement promotional displays:
** and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores

** Follow daily schedules:
** and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

** Requirements Include:*
* + Be at least 18 years of ageand have a valid REAL r's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal militarybasefacilitywhereitisa federalrequirementtohaveavalid

REAL IDdriver'slicense, U.S.passport,orfederal IDtoaccess.

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred;or canearn your GED while gaining the skills!

+ 1-3years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred

+ Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.  

+ Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).  

+ Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.
