Splash2o Car Wash is seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Team Members. In this role, you will help deliver the exceptional service our guests expect—from welcoming customers on-site to answering questions over the phone. • Greet customers in a warm, professional manner
• Assist guests with wash selection, membership information, and product questions
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate, helpful information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment
• Support day-to-day operations with a focus on consistent service excellence
• Uphold Splash2o’s high standards of service and professionalism

• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and upbeat environment
• Previous experience in customer service or phone support is a plus, but not required
