Guest Experience Team Member - Dash In
Location: Brand-new Dash In site in La Plata, MD (training begins January 2026)
Pay: $15.50-$18.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for overnight shifts

What You’ll Do- Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a smile, assist with questions, manage transactions accurately, and represent the Dash In brand with positivity and professionalism.
- Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves, coolers, and displays so guests can easily find what they’re looking for.
- Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas to keep the store shining inside and out.
- Support the Team: Jump in where needed – from running the register to porter duties – to help create a smooth, seamless guest experience.
- Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording to keep every shift balanced and secure.
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program).
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred but not required if you bring a great attitude and willingness to learn).
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends in a 24/7 retail environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Active Serv Safe certification, or a similar food safety qualification.
- Comfort with technology, including familiarity with POS software and basic computer skills.
