In this role, you’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases—while building your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problem solving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
