As a freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, or hair/fragrance consultations. You will combine creative and technical expertise to create an inspirational, personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will work with a high‑performing team, contributing to in‑store events and maintaining visual merchandising standards to differentiate from competitors.

• Retail experience preferred; applicants with amateur or beginner‑level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for interview.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40 per hour; exact salary depends on experience, skill, education and budget. Salary may vary by location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and share incentive plan.
