Senior Sales Associate

$17.65 - $18.65 per hour

The successful individual will leverage proficiency in retail to deliver an exceptional Kate Spade experience.

• Achieve individual sales goals and support store sales objectives.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories and communicate brand philosophy.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and build personal connections with guests.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business‑driving events.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register counts and facility security.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style and passion for fashion.

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds and comfortable climbing ladders.
