Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to professional and personal development, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Work areas may be hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted; employees may need to remain standing for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay Range: $26.23 per hour - $29.23 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda may adjust or terminate bonus programs at any time.
