About the Job

Baltimore Country Club is hiring Pool Café Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll work poolside, serve food and drinks, and help create a welcoming, upbeat experience for members and guests all summer long.

• Take food and drink orders from members and guests.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keep the cafe and dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Help create fun, memorable poolside experiences.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Available from Memorial Day through Labor Day (required).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather.
• Able to stay organized and work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
