• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective prospecting techniques and client communication strategies.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to clients, ensuring accurate and appealing information is shared.
• Utilize company-provided leads to initiate conversations and explore opportunities for client acquisition.
• Shadow seasoned agents during property showings to gain practical insights into the sales process.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote property listings effectively in the market.

• Real Estate License or in the process.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.
