Overview
We are looking for a Kennel Attendant who loves animals. Someone who loves caring for animals of all kind, no job too big or too small!
Responsibilities- Clean dog kennels - scoop feces, spray chemical disinfectant over surfaces and rinse with hose – there may be direct interaction with the dogs as they have 2 sided kennels where the dog will be shut on one side while the other side is being cleaned.
- Laundry – Wash, dry, fold and organize laundry used for animal care
- Dishes – Wash and sanitize dishes
- Trash – take trash out to dumpsters
- Additional Cleaning – sweeping, mopping, organizing and cleaning empty cat and exotic enclosures as well
- Supply Organization – putting away supplies such as pet food when it gets delivered.
- Punctual and reliable
- Interested and able to work with all kinds of animals
- Reliable transportation
- 1+ years working with animals
