A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in a nursing home facility located in Pittsburgh, PA. The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies,demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure careplans and facility procedures are met.
Requirements:- Valid
NP license in the state of PA - Board Certification
- Managing all Primary Care related consults
- History and physical exam
- Medication review
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Checkin with patients who haveacute issues and establish a follow-up plan
- Reachan informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history
Full Time – Monday - Friday

- Awesome salary ranging between $115,000 - $125,000 annually
