• Treat comprehensive women’s healthcare across the lifespan
• Full Time opening - Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or nights
• $100,000–$125,000 annual salary, plus quarterly incentive compensation

• Be able to do the job as described
• Certified WHNP or FNP with a strong women’s health focus (1+ years of recent exp.)
• Maryland licensed Nurse Practitioner or able to obtain
• BLS certification or ability to obtain before start
• Minimum 1 year of women’s health experience preferred

• Performing patient assessments, exams, and histories
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Ordering and interpreting labs and imaging
• Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans
• Educating patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Performing minor procedures and initiating emergency care as needed
• Collaborating closely with OB/GYNs and clinical staff
