• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as an LPN in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Directs the daily activities of geriatric nursing assistants, complying with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Follows the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents.
• Participates in admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents as required.
• Assesses for changes in residents’ status, notifying the physician and resident’s family or representative and documenting accordingly.
• Transcribes physician orders to the medical record and carries out orders as written.
• Prepares and administers medications per physicians’ orders and observes for adverse effects as indicated.
• Performs wound treatments per physicians’ orders, observes for changes, and documents accordingly.

• All shifts available for Full Time, PRN, or Part‑time.
• Daily pay.

• Up to $34 per hour (excluding shift differential) based on experience and shift.
• $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time LPNs.
