We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a leading cardiovascular surgery team in Takoma Park, MD. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

• Assist in cardiovascular and general surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate and meet patient needs in the OR.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Provide clear communication with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience, preferably in cardiovascular surgery.
• BLS and ACLS certification (required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
