The Brand Marketing Coordinator assists the Director of Marketing in the implementation, strategizing, and development of the brand marketing campaigns supported by the company’s Co‑Cop program. This individual is responsible for coordinating various aspects of brand marketing programs, including product go‑to‑market plans for all DTLR stores, event sponsor ships, advertising, research, grassroots marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Marketing in developing marketing plans with internal vendors.
- Coordinate marketing touchpoints for product go‑to‑market plans with the Director of Marketing and internal vendor partners.
- Assist in the execution and communication with local management for all store‑level promotions and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation and execution of plans for new promotions at the store level and online.
- Integrate digital and grassroots marketing strategies and tactics.
- Submit monthly CO‑OP invoices and reports outlining programs and performance.
- Ensure all aspects of the brand marketing CO‑OP program commitments are fully executed, stay within budget, and documented.
- Schedule, execute, and document brand marketing CO‑OP‑supported promotions and marketing plans.
- Work with the Digital and E‑commerce teams to ensure digital assets are distributed and brand‑supported initiatives are launched on time.
- Maintain the Brand Marketing Digital Asset Management folders in SharePoint.
- Coordinate development of creative work with graphic designers, videographers, and other vendors for brand‑supported programs.
- Create marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen vendor brand identities.
- Provide weekly project updates to the Director of Marketing, including status, budget, and forward‑looking reporting.
- Develop and adhere to budgets and deadlines.
- Perform related work as required.
- BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
- Team‑based work structure proficiency, with ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Acute attention to detail with excellent time‑management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and develop rapport with identified stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of business and command of the English language for effective communication.
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, multi‑tasking, and setting priorities for proactive response to changing demands.
- Results‑driven with critical and creative thinking skills.

- Problem‑solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies.

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must have the ability to twist, squat, reach, repeatedly bend, and stoop.

Benefits and CompensationPay range: $50,000–$55,000 annually (depending on experience). This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), sick leave, and company‑paid time‑off plan.
