Electronics Assembler, Electronics Technician
A growing, technology-driven manufacturing company is seeking a full-time Electromechanical Assembler to join its Manufacturing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, technically skilled professional looking for a stable career with training and advancement opportunities.

The Electromechanical Assembler will support production operations by assembling, wiring, testing, and documenting electrical and electronic systems and subassemblies.
Responsibilities- Perform manufacturing duties including cable fabrication, bulb assembly, screen assembly, and other component builds
- Execute basic machine wiring techniques such as cutting, terminating, soldering, and crimping wire
- Assemble electronics according to detailed product specifications and blueprints
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build electronic devices and subassemblies
- Assemble and wire lamp housings and related components
- Kit magnetrons, RF screens, reflectors, and other parts
- Conduct low-level testing and complete associated documentation (manufacturing orders, transfers, travelers)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow published work instructions, procedures, and safety protocols
- Learn and progressively perform responsibilities associated with higher-level assembler roles
- High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Technical training or Associate’s degree in Electronics preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly involving electrical or electronic systems, is a plus
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools
- Intermediate math skills (including metric system, fractions, and decimals)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good eyesight (corrected or uncorrected) with the ability to differentiate colors
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. from floor to bench height
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifting equipment
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
$22 - $30 an hour
