About The Role
Step into a vital role as an Electrical Assembler where you will be instrumental in the end-to-end creation of industrial control panels. You will expertly translate complex wiring schematics into fully functional units, performing intricate wiring and component assembly. Your function extends beyond the build to include essential quality control, system testing, documentation, and preparing the finished electrical panels for shipment.

Here'sa Glimpse Into Your Day To Day
- Assembly of electrical components into a control panel for industrial processes.
- Assembly of complex wiring layouts on electric units, setup of testing systems, and preparation of panels for shipment.
- Quality control, shipping/receiving, and assistance with procurement.
- Apply knowledge of electrical principles to read and interpret complex wiring schematics.
- Complete the control panel build using prints, drawings, point‑to‑point wire lists, and customer specifications with assistance.
- Perform complex wiring and assembly operations on assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
- Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and other electrical components.
- Record changes on engineering documentation.
- May work under the guidance of engineering on customer projects.
- Create documentation related to panel wiring and layout.
- Perform wire pull tests as needed.
- Complete point‑to‑point continuity tests using a multimeter.
- Complete all necessary documentation to meet quality and production requirements.
- Support shipping and receiving of products.
- Use power tools in a safe manner.
- Adhere to all production procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team to support panel shop goals and initiatives.
- Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Certification or degree related to working with electrical systems is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in electrical wiring or installation field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Prior experience assembling electrical components into electrical control boxes, enclosures, and large control panels for industrial machinery.
- Ability to correctly, effectively, and safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
- CAD drafting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Display attention to detail and basic problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Frequent movement around the shop to access equipment and complete tasks.
- Occasional lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs safely.
- Ability to move around the shop, which includes walking, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing stairs and/or ladders.
