Vehicle Upfit Shop​/Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our warehouse and production shop. This role is responsible for material handling, inventory organization, general shop upkeep, and assisting technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and parts.
• Pull parts and components for work orders and deliver them to appropriate technicians or bays.
• Maintain organized storage areas and shop supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Keep the shop and warehouse clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Support production staff with general tasks such as prepping vehicles, moving parts, or disposing of packaging.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed (training provided).
• Help with loading and unloading of trucks or customer pickups.
• Follow company safety protocols and contribute to a positive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Basic understanding of tools and materials used in vehicle upfitting or general fabrication is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Fast-paced production shop and warehouse environment.
• Occasional outdoor work may be required.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.
