Snow Hill Feed Mill - Feed Batching Operator FMFT 1st Shift

pay: $18.75

• This position is responsible for inventory of all the farms that need feed delivery, as well as running the computer to make the feed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Operate the milling process at a feed mill to combine feed ingredients per a formula to provide a finished product for delivery to farms.
• Operate Computer to make feed, must be able to use a computer.
• Pellet Mills, Batching, receiving system and be able to multi‑task, must work with dispatcher to insure feed being made is needed for hauling.
• Accurate inventories done by each shift is a requirement.
• Must not be afraid of heights up to but not limited to 170’ climbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop and reach.
• Must work well alone with limited help, must be able to lift bags up to 80 lb.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
