$20-$22/hour (based on experience)

We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect electrical products, identify defects, and ensure all materials and assembled units meet strict safety and performance standards. This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for a Quality Control Technician with electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Control Technician, you will:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished electrical products
• Detect defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues using visual, mechanical, and electrical checks
• Perform electrical tests such as continuity checks, functional tests, and dielectric testing
• Verify assembly accuracy using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Document test data, inspection results, and non-conformances with precision
• Communicate defects, trends, and corrective actions to production and engineering teams
• Ensure inspection tools and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
• Follow safety guidelines, quality processes, and standard work instructions

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Quality Control Technician, you should have:

• Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring, or component function
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
• Background in electrical inspection, wiring, panel assembly, or QC roles preferred
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused mindset with the ability to identify defects accurately
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
