We are a local manufacturing company in Williamsport, Maryland, looking for a full‑time fiberglass tech.
Responsibilities- Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic knowledge of fiberglass repairs, spray booth, and spraying techniques
- Ability to properly operate special equipment relating to the painting and fiberglass repair trades
- Understand and adhere to the company's Quality and Safety policies
- Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area
- Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime
- Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting
- Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly productive and self‑motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy

- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift times or a pre‑arranged work schedule
- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technically competent, quick study, excellent math skills
