Pay: $16.50–$18.50 /hr
Shifts: 1st Shift Mon‑Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift Mon‑Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Operate production machinery (fillers, cappers, labelers).
- Assemble, label, inspect, and package products.
- Perform visual and measurement checks using gauges/calipers.
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
- Prior experience in production or machine operation preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet quality standards.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation to Sparks, MD daily.
- Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends).
