• Set strategic direction for laboratory and kitchen operations and procedures
• Coordinate with outside labs ensuring testing standards are met
• Manage key processes including distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, maintaining equipment standards and safety.
• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members
• Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards

• You have strong background in a science and laboratory environment.
• You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love leading a winning team.
• You are excellent at building relationships, working with others, and have strong personal ethics.
• You excel at problem‑solving, compliance, safety, and efficiency
