• Earn more, work less: second shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM‑2:00 AM) with a paid lunch break; 4/10 schedule, $2/hr shift differential.
• Work in a focused shop environment on high‑precision TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum.
• Opportunity to advance via certifications and skill mastery.

• Work 2nd shift (4:00 PM‑2:00 AM).
• TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Safely operate assigned equipment.
• Read, understand, and execute work orders and QA standards.
• Tack‑weld or weld components and assemblies in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Perform quality checks during production to meet tolerance requirements.

• Work involves sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Occasional outdoor work in varied weather.
• Use of measuring devices (tape, squares, calipers, etc.).

• 2+ years of TIG welding 16‑gauge to 1/4″ stainless steel and aluminum.
• Must successfully complete weld test before employment.
• Knowledge of metal plate types, sizes, and shapes.
• Experience with measuring devices and equipment in an industrial shop.
