We are seeking an Industrial Wiring Technician II who will work in our Production Department. This position involves assisting with and completing the full assembly and wiring of Electrical Test Equipment, using electrical schematics to determine component layout, wire and cable types, routing, and mounting of components in cabinets. The role requires the ability to recognize transformers, resistors, capacitors, relays, contractors, diodes, and other electrical components.

• Work independently on small, standard jobs and assist team members as needed.
• Assist in different departments as required.
• Understand and follow written and verbal communications.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain high quality and accuracy.
• Complete tasks within the allotted timeframe.
• Solder PC boards and other electrical connections.
• Mount assembled components (e.g., transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, sockets) on chassis panels.
• Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
• Complete assembly and wiring of standard units such as Control Pedestals, AC Dielectrics, Physical Measurement Module (PMM), Small Resonate Test Systems (RTS), and Wire Transformers.

Education
HS Diploma or GED; preferably with electronics or electrical technology coursework. Technical school in Electrical Technology is a plus; additional experience may be considered.

Required Experience
2–4 years of experience in Industrial Wiring; reading electrical schematics; circuit board soldering; electrical wiring including wire layout and routing; ability to work alone or as part of a team; knowledge of safety protocols.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Use of hand crimpers and cutters; knowledge of hand tools and powered hand tools; strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; ability to follow detailed instructions; maintain a clean, safe, and functional workstation.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, sit, read, write, type, use computers, and communicate effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made. Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and use assistance for 50+ pounds.

Compensation
Actual base salary offered will be determined based on location, level, qualifications, and relevant education or training. Hourly pay range: minimum $20.22 – midpoint $25.27.
