Rigging Boat Technician

We’re looking for a hands‑on Rigging Boat Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll help bring our Rigid Inflatable boats to life — from fabricating and assembling hulls and consoles to installing superstructures like seating, T‑tops, and propulsion systems. • Fabricate and assemble hulls and consoles
• Install consoles, seating, T‑tops, steering, electronics, and propulsion systems
• Prepare fiberglass and aluminum materials (cutting, drilling, etc.)
• Make sure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Pitch in with shop maintenance, sea trials, and job inventory when needed

• Experience in marine assembly and working in a manufacturing environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• At least 3 years in the marine industry, especially mechanical/propulsion work
• Bonus points if you’re ABYC certified, have worked with fiberglass/sheet metal, or have prior team‑based manufacturing experience

• Steady day shift schedule:
  Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime)
