Senior Maintenance Coordinator

Overview

• Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials.
• Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs.
• Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work.
• Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations.

• High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability.

• Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting.
• Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams.
• May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs.
• Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions.
• Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations.

• Competitive base salary $66,980 - $78,710.
