The Externals group is working with a well known and established commercial roofing contractor that is the look out for a Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge and experience working on large commercial roofing projects. You would have experience managing crews and superintendents to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.

You would take lead on planning and controlling the different stages of the project from pre-construction all the way through to completion.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
• Oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Review project plans, estimates, and contract documents to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Experience in Commercial Roofing systems.
• Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
