• Perfect the Journey:
  Oversee the customer experience from the first "hello" to the final vehicle hand-off.

  Maintain a "white-glove" standard for shop cleanliness, safety, and technical workflow.
• Strategize with Leadership:
  Work directly with the executive team to smash KPIs and scale our brand footprint.
