Our client, a well-established real estate firm, is seeking an organized, solutions-oriented Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee daily operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Property Manager Requirements
  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience (strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow‑through.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Property Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily property operations, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and officials.
  • Manage leases, service requests, contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate construction, capital projects, and inspections.
  • Handle budgets, cash flow, receivables, and legal matters.
  • Supervise on‑site staff and respond to after‑hours emergencies.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment and follow company policies.
