Job Title: Night Shift Janitorial Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary: Community Bridge, Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee custodial operations at the WSSC facility in Laurel, MD. This role is responsible for supervising janitorial staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment during evening operations. A background clearance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate nightly janitorial staff and assignments
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to contract and safety standards
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality control
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to staff
- Manage supplies and report inventory needs
- Address performance or attendance issues as needed
- Communicate with management regarding site operations and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and WSSC requirements
- Time and attendance in HRIS system
- Previous janitorial or custodial supervisory experience preferred (Minimum of 3 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage staff and work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
