Project Manager, East Coast Contact Centers

Reports to: VP, Strategic Planning and Implementation

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for providing Project Management support to the East Coast Contact Center organization. This individual is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines and budgets. Accountable for developing project plans, documenting project progress, leading project calls, following up and tracking of project items, dashboards, and executive updates. Is responsible for setting up and running project calls for key strategic initiatives (i.e., Contract Center Solution, Transformational Initiatives, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages detailed project plans; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
  • Holding team members accountable for deliverables and due dates.
  • Proactively communications project progress and anticipated delays support with recommendations to course correct project.
  • Analyzes internal and external data to develop findings on each Contact Center project.
  • Summarizes findings and analysis using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Uses Microsoft Office and other relevant project management and presentation tools to present relevant information.
  • Develop and facilitate wall walk activities.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
  • Participates in cross discipline team meetings with experts to review these findings and present to key stakeholders.
  • Manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • Be accountable for project results along with VP, Strategic Initiatives and VP, Contact Center Operations.
  • Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
  • Provide project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team member and stakeholders.
  • Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
  • Track and report on project milestone and provide status reports to sponsor.
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
  • Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
  • Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.
  • Prepare communication for senior executives to keep the project aligned with strategic goals.
  • Performing quality control and status updates on the health of the project throughout the development and execution to maintain the standards expected.
  • Motivating team members involved n the project to complete task on time.

Minimum Qualifications , Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • Five (5) plus years of project management experience preferred.
  • Understand of Project Management framework.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
  • Proven excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Being able to lead in an agile and fast paced environment.
  • Cost and piracy management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to positively embrace strategic initiatives and execute as scheduled; able to accurately reporting findings and success metrics.
  • Must be able to type accurately with precise data entry skills.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
