We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems. Responsibilities include overseeing the allocation and utilization of space, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery, assisting with storage, maintenance, move preparations, and property coordination. The Facilities Manager will also coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment, escort non-cleared personnel as needed, and assist in managing mail, courier, and shipping services with federal counterparts.

Additionally, the role provides facilities and administrative support.

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of experience in facilities management or a related field such as maintenance or operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Active Polygraph clearance.
